The Importance of Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are the devices everyone carries with them at all times.
Mobile operating systems are also among the world’s top systems, such as Android and iOS.
Mobile phones are devices with the world’s top hardware that can be purchased at a comparable price.
Because capitalists’ profits come from advertising, hardware costs can be relatively lower to attract a large user base.
10 dollars might only buy a simple ESP32, without GPS, power, or a screen, and certainly not a multi-billion dollar mobile operating system.
However, 10 dollars can buy a used phone, which allows for developing various applications, communication, internet browsing, shopping, office work, and more.
Many people can live without a computer, but they will definitely have a mobile phone.
Context
I’ve always emphasized that I want to make money while lying down. Since I can play on my phone while lying down, making money with my phone is ideal.
I also want to make money anytime when I’m out and about, but I don’t want to trade stocks, nor will I pull out a computer to start working at any moment.
But I can type on my phone and shoot short videos.
Therefore, it’s best to post text and images to X, and short videos to TK (TikTok), as they will enable monetization based on traffic.
Simply put, it’s about text/images and short videos.
Because long videos still require computer editing, stable network bandwidth, and large data usage.
Because long articles require a lot of time to edit, and it’s best to use a computer keyboard for more comfortable typing.
However, text/images and short videos only take a few seconds, a sentence, or an image to gain huge traffic and income.
They are simple enough, require very little network data, and can be done on any mobile phone.
My Method
I used AI to write my own app.
The app can record in Markdown, upload images to my self-hosted MinIO image bed, push articles to Git, and automate blog deployment.
This way, whether I’m lying down or out in the car, I can write blog posts on my phone.
I can also directly shoot short videos of about ten seconds and publish them to TK (TikTok) or YouTube to earn income, for example, about food, beautiful scenery, etc.
